Conclusion:
Hebel is a new product and there have not been any failures in the construction industry with Hebel wall systems there is no straight answer to wether Hebel is a consistant construction method. But rather what the costomer likes in looks, energy efficiant. And hope that hebel has been made to last in the enviroment you are building in. In terms of impacting on trades it will impact the trade of brick layers and eventualy most Australian bricklayers will die out and the more traditional trades wil not exist. And in terms of longjevity the new hebel houses being built currently have a 50 year structural garentee this meant the frame will last 50 years weather the hebel wall pannels last this long in another question but we will have to wait and see.
